  1. Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad de todo lo actuado con posterioridad al auto de admision de la accion de tutela impetrada por el senor Norberto Agustin Rodriguez Bejarano en contra el Juzgado
  2. Quinto. Laboral del Circuito de Bogota y contra el Jefe del Departamento de atencion al Pensionado del Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
  3. Segundo. ORDENAR que se notifique la demanda de tutela a todos los demandados, que se les de traslado de conformidad con la ley y se prosiga el tramite correspondiente.
  4. Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se devuelva el expediente al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, para que rehaga la actuacion procesal conforme a lo expresado en el numeral anterior.
  5. CUARTO. La Sentencia que sobre la demanda de tutela profiera el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Bogota, y en el evento de ser impugnada, la de su superior jerarquico, se enviaran a la Corte Constitucional para su eventual revision, tal como lo disponen los articulos 86 de la Constitucion y 32 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
